The return of the goods is carried out by the forces and at the expense of the buyer.
You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to “ELFURS” LTD. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Please note you have a duty to take reasonable care of returned goods and any refund may be withheld or a charge incurred if you fail to take such care and damage the goods. Please make sure that your return package is packed and sealed securely. Choose reliable delivery methods.
Return is possible if it's trade dress, consumer behavior, brand labels, packaging, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of this product.
We guarantee a full refund of the money paid for the Product within 10 (ten) days after we receive the returned product and check it for the safety of its presentation and consumer properties.
We will refund the cost of the Goods to the method of payment used to place your order.
The amount of payment for the goods, including taxes paid by the buyer, is subject to refund. The responsibility for paying postage when ordering goods lies with the buyer. Postage costs are non-refundable.
The customer shall not be entitled to reject the Goods, having individually defined properties: the products bespoke products made at the request of the buyer changes (making changes to the decor, type and color of fur different from the listing, etc.) to exchange or refundable.
